Treasure Island Kite Festival

Flying a kite is just plain fun! Flying a sport kite is even more fun! Flying all kinds of kites on the gulf coast beach in Florida… in January… along with hundreds of other friendly people… is one of the most enjoyable experiences you could ask for! That is why we always try to attend the annual Treasure Island Kite Festival and Sport Kite Competition each January.

The Treasure Island Sport Kite Championship is sanctioned by the Eastern League Sport Kite Association.
